Lazy Daze Villa

Welcome to our "Lazy Daze" Vacation Home! Our 5 Bedroom plus convertible Sofa room, heated pool home located in SW Cape Coral on a freshwater Canal and convenient access to restaurants, white sandy beaches, marinas, shopping, golf courses & so much more.
The heated pool (during winter months) overlooks the freshwater canal and is a quite relaxing area. There is a pool bath, a BBQ Grill (Propane) as well. You can fish from the back yard dock, rent kayaks to go through the canals or just take a dip in the pool!
The kitchen is on the ground floor and has everything you should need for a perfect vacation, including a drip coffee maker, toaster, blender and microwave. The dining area seat’s 8, there is a highchair, and patio dining can seat 6.
The master bedroom located upstairs has a king-size bed, baby crib, desk, Roku TV, and an on-suite master bath with a soaking tub and shower. The next bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and Roku TV, the living room is also upstairs in the center of the house and offers a Roku TV and board games, the other two bedrooms have both a queen bed and Roko TV, one bedroom has a desk. The ground floor bedroom has a queen bed, Roku TV and on-suite bath with shower and sliders doors to the patio. The Sofa room (Pull out Sofa) is also located on the ground floor by the kitchen, has a Roku TV and can be closed with a curtain partition for privacy, making it the perfect home for family vacations.

  Great home for a family vacation! Home is fully stocked with everything you need for the kitchen, pool toys, fishing poles, cooler, and comfortable beds. The description noted they are continually updating. The pool area and lounge chairs would benefit from power washing and the soffit need repaired. Birds are going in through the soffit which will eventually cause damage to the home. I would stay here again, lots of space for a large family. I took 8 other adults and myself and we had plenty of room.

  The house is just as described. It is on a quiet street. A front yard so preschool age kids had a place to play. Also visited three different parks and a small beach all within 15 minutes. Heated pool was excellent.
  Pool and beach toys were all provided, along with beach chairs. We didn’t use the large cooler in garage but one was there.
  Kitchen was very well stocked. Multiple pots and pans of any kind along
  with spices and other staples.
  WiFi worked, desks in each bedroom for work space.
  Hostess responded quickly both ahead of time and upon arrival. House clean. As others have said pool area could use some updating but we didn’t mind. Beach towels provided too - a big plus. We used Laundry facilities daily.
  Great space for six adults and three kids. No hesitation in utilizing again.
  Eating inside and out. A bit cool when we were there so did more inside. A high chair and full size crib came in handy
