A 30-day minimum rental is required and background check through condo association is mandatory requiring the submission of SS #'s (submission directly to the association management company). HOA Application and approval required. HOA non-refundable application fee is required / paid separate with application submission. Associations can take up to 14-30 days for approval. Reservation fully refunded if not approved. Associations are subject to change.

    You can’t beat the views! Great location and beautiful unit. Everything you could ask for. We did have some AC issues the past 2 years but Rossman Realty was very responsive.

    Our stay at North Star Yacht Club was wonderful. The unit was very large, clean, with absolutely beautiful views! Working with Rossman realties was wonderful and very easy and efficient.
