    We rented the property from January 10th to March 27th 2024. The home was very nice and clean and there were only a few problems. We notified the property managers and they replied promptly....even came to the home to take care of some of the problems and made arrangements with the necessary services to take care of the remaining issues, which we really appreciated. We liked the location in Cape Coral. It was in a nice peaceful neighborhood, but not very far from grocery stores, a wide variety of restaurants, home improvement, etc. I especially liked the location because it was only 5 minutes from the Cape Coral R/C flying club which is my hobby and another reason we have always vacationed in the Cape Coral area. We really enjoyed our vacation at this location.
