Bring or Rent a boat and tie up to the dock right in the back yard and access the open water within seconds. A short 5 minutes car drive you can reach the Cape Coral bridge into city of Fort Myers, Golfing, Restaurants and so much more. Fully equipped kitchen has toaster, coffee maker, microwave, everything you should need for a wonderful vacation. Smart TV's so you can stream your Netflix or other apps you may have. The back yard has plenty of space, a Table with 4 chairs, solar lighting and umbrella to relax at. Rent a boat or bring your own or Kayak and leave right from the back yard.   We enjoyed our stay at Cape Coral. Book was helpful giving us suggestions for dining out, attractions, and golf locations. Plenty of towels in bathroom. Plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, etc. The only complaint I have is that the floors were not that clean and it was hard to keep them clean. Really bad spots were behind toilet in bathroom and behind shades (slide at bottom).
  We had originally contracted for a home in Port Charlotte. After both hurricanes hit that area, the house was not habitable. Caroline promptly notified us of the problem, refunded our deposit and suggested several other properties we could use in Cape Coral. One of them was available on the dates we wanted, so we opted to rent it. On arrival, a Sunday, I could not open the key lock box. We called Caroline, she came to the house within five minutes of our call and rectified the problem. We also had the air conditioner fail. Caroline promptly called a service man and oversaw actions to rectify that problem as well. ( A capacitor needed to be replaced). She was a absoutely superb in every and all of our contacts with her. Should we opt to go to Florida again next year, we will contact her first. Thanks Caroline.
