Winter months, heated pool/sitting pool, lounge area in pool, nightly waterfall light show.
Stream your favorite channels on the large flat screen TV in Living room, all bedrooms and patio, enjoy a nightly waterfall and light show, comfortable lounge chairs to soak up the sun, and a wonderful pool with 2 water lounge chairs, a sitting Pool and dining area for 6.

  This is a beautiful home, high-end appliances, great furniture. The outdoor patio area was the best I've ever seen with a TV, comfortable chairs and a dining table. I will also say the management company responded quickly when we developed a chirping smoke detector issue.
  
  For the next section, bear in mind we are a group of 70+ women with many artificial joints among us.
  
  The surprises: pool area-no handle or grab bar to assist entry/exit. The tile on the deck gets very slippery when wet. The fun surprises include the scheduled bubbling, nightly light show and waterfall.
  
  The negative surprises in the house include a general lack of towel racks and NO grab bars in any of the 3 walk-in showers. The primary suite has pendant lights above the night stands. They are worthless for reading and can only be turned on/off at the wall switch. There are only two accessible wall outlets, one on each side of the room. The one on the bathroom side is positioned so that the sliding door hits whatever you have plugged in if you are not cautious. Note the picture showing the sliding barn-style door. It has a handle on the bedroom side but nothing to grab on the bathroom side, which makes controlling how far it slides difficult. If someone in your group has physical difficulties consider whether they would be comfortable in this environment, regardless how beautiful.

  Fantastic home! Pool was amazing. Grilled everyday. That was fantastic. Perfect location with close amenities like groceries, fuel, coffee, seafood, ice cream, banks, and shopping. Wish it was available next year but I think the secret is out! Will probably be hard to get in the future. Everything was comfortable and accommodated 3 couples easily. Pics do not do this place justice. You will love it here.

  House is new and it shows! Stunning all around. 2 of the three beds are queen size. Plenty of room for 6 people, was perfect for my family of 4. Waterfall actually goes from 8:15pm - 8:50 pm (posted sign says it starts at 8:30). Waterfall is great but loud! Very loud! Was awesome first and second time but then wanted the option to turn it off. Would also be nice to be able to turn on pool lights and use the firepits. Pool is very dark at night and all outside lights are very bright. House has everything you could need. Bed pillows are awful and flat, but beds are comfortable (very firm). Would recommend this home to anyone that wants to stay in Cape Coral!

  I have stayed in many villas with VRBO and other companies and they all needed a little TLC. This villa was fabulous, it’s brand new, tastefully designed and completed to a very high standard. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. Pool area where we spent most of our time was fantastic, for once there was more than 2 sun loungers. Wonderful outside grill/dining area and TV. The spa never sadly worked when we were there, which wasn’t a big problem, it says the jacuzzi comes on at fixed times but it didn’t for us. My only minor niggle, was considering how beautiful the villa had been finished, curtains in one of the bedrooms were too small and therefore, let the light in early morning. Lastly, Caroline who we dealt with was brilliant and communication was always timely.
  
  I would definitely recommend without hesitation and I just hope it remains as wonderful as it is now. Thank you for a great week in Cape Coral.
