Enjoy the community pool, fitness center, tennis courts, lakes, and clubhouse which includes a kitchen and is available for gatherings. Fabulous location to shopping, restaurants, I-75, gulf beaches, and golfing! The kitchen features granite countertops, a newer stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and breakfast bar. There is a private screened lanai for your enjoyment, seating area outside the screened lanai for those cooler days! The main bedroom has a king bed and the guest bedroom a queen bed. Condo is fully equipped with everything you should need to have a great stay.

A 90-day minimum rental is required and background check through condo association is mandatory requiring the submission of SS #'s (submission directly to the association management company). HOA Application and approval required. HOA non-refundable application fee is required / paid separate with application submission. Associations can take up to 30 days for approval. Reservation fully refunded if not approved. Associations are subject to change.
