  We were extremely impressed with this rental. The kitchen was fully equipped with leftover containers and cookware. The home itself was recently renovated which beautiful done. Although we did have a few issues we did truly enjoy this home. We did have issues with the pool heater not working - took over a week to get fixed, the hot water heater had issues with egg smell everytime you took a shower, but a handyman came in and fixed within 3 days. The heater in the home also went out but was fixed within 3 days. My husband did fix a few minor items, a picture fell off the wall, there was a broken statue that we glued back together, bought batteries for fan light and no grill brush was available for cleaning. However these were very minor items and a fixed them. The beds were very comfortable being memory foam beds, plenty of towels were available for use. The back patio was very comfortable however the pool deck could use a good power washing. They had wireless speakers there for your use along with 2 floats. After the heat in pool was fixed we were able to utilize it during our stay in Jan/Feb. The home is in a very good location close to everything we needed. The property management company employee Marianne had to be called a few times to get things fixed, however we found out she left and we then and dealt with Jessie, which was wonderful, kind very attentive to our needs and followed up with us.
